Making macaron are not so difficult if u know trick and tips how to make it. The most important is the temperature in your room & make sure the oven temperature that you use is correct.
If temperature in your kitchen too hot Switch on a fan, or you should use aircon for the resting stage.

Ingredient :
- 100 gr ground almond
- 100 gr pure icing sugar
- 100 egg white
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 100 caster sugar
How to make :
- mix ground almond and icing sugar in the food processor, process and sieve.
- using hand mixer, process egg white until foamy add caster sugar and lemon juice, continue mixer until soft peak.
- incorporate the icing sugar/almond mixture with a spatula. The mixture should be shiny and flows Like magma
- put macaron mixture to the piping bag with a round tip ( about 1 cm diameter ) and pipe onto silicon mat/ macron mat.- leave batter out to dry about 45- min or when macaron don't stick to fingers when touched
- bake at 120 C for 15-20 mins
For macaron filling I'am using DULCE DE LECHE handmade, the taste is amazingly delicious. How to make it is quite simple and easy. just boil for 2- 3 hours with low heat
