Ingredient :
- 175 gr butter
- 24 gr grated parmesan cheese
- 25 gr corn flour
- 1/8 tsp salt
How to make :
- preheat oven on 160 Degree C
- in large mixing bowl cream the butter on medium speed 2 sec only, do not over mixing
- add all the powder mixture ingredient, mix until well blended
- on a floured work surface roll out dough to a 1/4 inch thickness, cut the dough into rectangle shape and place on baking pan
- brush top with the egg York, decorate with shredded cedar cheese, bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
