Klepon

as we all know, many kinds and types of Indonesian street snacks made from glutinous rice flour. one of them is klepon, some They call onde onde. bahasa indonesia di sini



Ingredient : 
- 500 gr glutinous rice flour 
- 1 large potato 
- 400 ml coconut milk 

- 300 gr grated coconut ( add a pinch of salt, steamed briefly ) 

Filling ingredient : 
- 400 gr palm sugar ( mashed rough ) 

How to make : 
- steamed potatoes until cooked, mashed, add glutinous rice flour, gradually add coconut milk until formed in to smooth dough, divide dough  20 gram each 
- take one portion from the dough, form in to round shape, make hole in the center, add palm sugar in to the hole, cover the hole
- and roll in to round shape. 
- boiled klepon in boiling water until float. 
- put klepon in to the grated coconut until surfaces are all covered, ready to serve
